Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using remotevastaff.com (“the Site”) or engaging our virtual assistant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

remotevastaff.com provides virtual assistant staffing and matching services. We match clients with pre-vetted, AI-trained remote virtual assistants based on the client's stated requirements. The specific scope of work, hours, and deliverables are agreed between the client and remotevastaff.com prior to commencement.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. All plans are month-to-month. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Fees are due at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear, accurate task briefs and instructions to their assigned VA.
  • Maintaining a respectful and professional working relationship.
  • Ensuring any tools, accounts, or credentials shared with the VA are for legitimate business purposes.
  • Complying with all applicable laws in relation to the work performed by the VA.

5. Confidentiality

All virtual assistants placed by remotevastaff.com sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of their onboarding. We treat all client data, processes, and business information as strictly confidential. Clients must not disclose remotevastaff.com's internal processes, VA sourcing methods, or pricing structures to third parties.

6. Replacement Guarantee

Growth and Professional plan clients are eligible for a VA replacement at no additional cost if the assigned VA is not the right fit. Replacements are subject to our standard matching process, typically completed within 48 hours. This guarantee does not apply in cases where the client has acted in breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, remotevastaff.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the actions of an assigned VA. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All work product created by a VA on behalf of a client during the engagement belongs to the client upon full payment of applicable fees. The remotevastaff.com brand, website content, and training materials remain the exclusive property of remotevastaff.com.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with 30 days written notice. remotevastaff.com reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of material breach, abusive conduct toward VA staff, or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
